Pets are not allowed to stay at the hotel
Access
The complex does not have any rooms with disabled access.
Damages or Losses
The complex expects guests to behave in a responsible manner. Any guest damaging hotel property or disturbing other guests will be expected to pay for any damage and be asked to leave the complex without any refund.
Valuables and Security
The complex will not be liable for any theft or damage to guest’s property or for any injury or illness suffered by guests. We recommend you have adequate insurance cover for any such incidents and use safe deposit boxes provided.
The complex will not be held liable and no refunds will be given for any services not available due to adverse weather conditions, power cuts, industrial action, civil unrest or acts of god. We will however do our best to resume normal service as soon as possible.
Complaints
We hope you have an enjoyable stay with us. Please bring to our attention anything you are not happy with during your stay and we will do our best to rectify it.
